Orange Juice Pork Chops

I can almost hear you say-- EWWWWWW...that sounds awful! But its good. You should try it!

This is from the kitchen of my Aunt Annie

3 pork chops
1 T. crisco
1/2 flour
2 T. parsley
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 C. orange juice

Mix flour,salt,pepper,sage and parsley together on wax paper.
Melt shortening in skillet. Brown chops in hot shortening.
When browned 15-20 mins., reduce heat.
Add orange juice, cover and cook 30 more minutes.
Serve over rice.
Its good. :)
