Hamburger Delight

This recipe was saved from my wedding day recipes. The binder that all the recipes were placed in eventually fell apart.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
6 med. size potatoes
1 T. chopped onion
1 can cream chicken soup
1/2 grated American cheese

Brown meat, onions and season to taste.
In a buttered 1 qt. casserole dish alternate with a layer of potatoes then meat. Over this pour soup.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr. or until potatoes are done. Top with grated cheese. Serves 6.
